Come with your ideas, an open heart and an open mind.
We’ll meet online (or somewhere local) to chat through all the details that you gave me in your enquiry form, and we’ll go into more depth about the colours and flowers and vibe of your day.
We’ll also talk about what you really don’t like!
I’ll then create an initial Pinterest board and share this, along with a proposal and costing.
If you’d like to refine it, we can have another call so that I can provide a second proposal.
Hopefully at that point you’d like to book me…..
-
Amazing!
At the point of booking you’ll pay a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and sign a contract.
I’ll then get working on your ideas and will send you a refined ‘moodboard’ so that we can both make sure we’re on the same page.
4 months before the wedding we’ll check in with eachother in case you’d like to make any changes.
2 months before the wedding we’ll have a quick chat to confirm everything is on track. At this point I’ll start securing your flower orders.
Then you can leave the rest to me.

My minimum spend is £1,750
As a guide, most of my couples spend a minimum of 10-15% of their wedding budget on flowers.
Flowers, like food photography or entertainment, need planning, design, and preparation time most likely from more than one florist.
Let’s say you are getting married on a Saturday, then I (and possibly other freelance florists) will be working on your wedding from Thursday all the way through until the Sunday (or possibly longer depending on the size of your wedding).
Included in the costs are not only the flowers but also the design, delivery, installation, and cleardown of all your arrangements...although I hope you’ll want to take home as many flowers as you can!
-
Yes absolutely.
As part of my service, I often source beautiful and unique candlesticks, taper candles, vases, urns and other items. I like to help style your tables, to make sure that the flowers fit the overall aesthetic and atmosphere.
l can also help you liaise with your caterers to see whether they can provide specific coloured table linens, cutlery or glassware.
-
That’s not a problem at all.
We have a number of check ins leading up to your wedding, so we can chat through any additions and changes.
I have a clause in my contract which states that the overall budget cannot reduce by more than 10%. This just ensures that any work I have done leading up to your wedding day is accounted for.

You don’t need to worry about a thing when it comes to the flowers.
I will have carried out a site visit, introduced myself to your venue team, caterers and photographer and will be raring to go.
I will deliver your bouquet/s and buttonholes to wherever they need to be, and then my team and II will work our magic to bring your floral vision to life.
So relax, enjoy the day and know that I’ll take care of everything floristry related.
-
Absolutely. As part of my service, you are also paying for myself and my team to return to your venue the next day and ‘dismantle’ any arrangements.
If you and your guests are still at the venue, we would love to give you as many flowers as possible to take home with you, but I’ll agree with you before your big day.

I am based just outside of Guildford in Surrey and am happy to discuss any location.
If I’m not the right fit for you, I’ll make sure I try to recommend other florists who might be closer to your venue.
